     Come join us at our quarterly seminars where you will find presentations being given on topics related to right of way, appraisal, land/property management and other associated subjects.  We typically have our seminars on a Friday and start with registration at Eight O'clock.  We then have presentations from right of way professionals, engineers, attorneys, developers, etc.  Lunch is catered and included in cost of the seminar.  After lunch we have a business meeting to discuss current issues regarding running our chapter as well as committee reports on such topics as Pipeline, Wireless, Asset Management, Environment, etc.  We generally have a social with refreshments on the Thursday evening prior to the seminar and all seminar attendees are invited.  This is a great opportunity to network and have a good time.

       Note that the Winter Seminar will be held in January this year to
       allow for an opportunity to have a joint meeting with the Appraisal
       Institute South Carolina Chapter in Columbia.  We will be having a
       joint social and emphasis on appraisal subjects for our seminar.
       Please plan to attend so that we can make this meeting of two great
       associations a success.  We will also be offering Course 400
       Principles of Real Estate Appraisal on January 25-26, 2012.  See
